Saluda Nursing & Rehab Center (SNC) has been a trusted pillar of care in Saluda County since 1968. As a nonprofit, politically subdivided facility, we are proud to serve our community with compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to the well-being of every resident and patient we have the privilege of caring for.

Our Facility
SNC is a 176-bed skilled nursing care facility offering a full continuum of services designed to meet the needs of both long-term residents and those recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. Our outpatient services include physical therapy and occupational therapy, helping patients regain independence and return to the lives they love.

SNC is a non-profit political sub-division serving Saluda County since 1968. Our facility is licensed and certified by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC). As a member of the South Carolina Nursing Home Association, the South Carolina Health Care Association, the American Health Care Association, and LeadingAge South Carolina, our facility participates in on-going educational opportunities of all staff members but especially to front-line staff.
