About Saluda Nursing & Rehab Center

 

Saluda Nursing & Rehab Center is a 176-bed nursing care facility.  Out-patient services include physical therapy and occupational therapy.

 

SNC is a non-profit political sub-division serving Saluda County since 1968.  The facility is licensed and certified by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC).  As a member of the South Carolina Nursing Home Association, the South Carolina Health Care Association and the American Health Care Association, the facility participates in on-going educational opportunities of all staff members but especially to front-line staff.
