Saluda Nursing and Rehab Center provides the following services:

• Skilled Nursing Care

• Short Term Rehab: We provide short term rehab to residents who need extra help after hospitalization, accident or illness to get them back to prior level of functioning.

• Long Term Care: We care for your loved ones as though they were our loved ones with tender loving care and superior clinical staff.

• Outpatient Therapy: We have Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Therapy to provide a place for the community to utilize therapy with a physician’s order to enhance their quality of life.

• Comfort Care: We provide end of life care of resident with a holistic approach to allow end of life with dignity and respect in an environment of loving staff.
